Privacy policy
A static site with Google Analytics and Cloudflare logs; no accounts, no ad networks, and blocking analytics does not break anything.
This privacy policy explains what Voodoo Fishin' Guide collects when you visit the site, and what it does not.
What is collected
The site is a set of static pages. There is no login, no comment system and no user accounts. Two things do collect standard web data:
- Google Analytics 4 records page views and basic interaction data: the pages you open, approximate region derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and referral source. Google sets cookies for this. It is used only to see which guides are useful.
- The hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server and security logs, including IP addresses, for abuse prevention and performance.
Cookies
Analytics cookies come from Google Analytics. You can block them with any content blocker, browser privacy setting or by using your browser's "do not track"-style cookie controls; the site works identically without them. We do not run advertising networks, and no personal information is sold or shared with third parties.
External links
Pages link out to official sources — the Steam store page, Steam announcements and community screenshots. Once you follow one of those links, the privacy policy of that site applies, not this one. Some pages embed no third-party content at all; there are no social widgets, no video embeds and no tracking pixels beyond the analytics tag.
Children
The site is a game reference and is not directed at children under 13, and no personal data is knowingly collected from them.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the bottom of the page moves with it. Questions or removal requests (for example, a screenshot you posted that you would rather not be credited here) go to wuzhihun_shen@outlook.com.
